WWE Smackdown 09/28/12: Wade Barrett vs Zack Ryder

Zack Ryder is the latest victim to face The Barrett Barage.

For weeks now, the reemerging Wade Barrett has taken the Barrett Barrage to a new level of absolute destruction. On SmackDown this week, despite an extremely strong effort by Zack Ryder, Barrett avoided the Broski Boot, roaring back minutes later to overtake Long Island Iced-Z with the devastating Souvenir elbow.

Zack Ryder came out to a huge pop. Wade Barrett, who is much bigger in person, came out next. Ryder had a lot of offense early on, then went for the Broski Boot, but Barrett rolled out of the ring. Ryder baseball slide-kicked into Barrett and threw him back in the ring. Barret hit a clothesline, picked up Ryder, and hit the Souvenir for the win.
